Dr Ken Harris’ Teaching Credentials
Ken has participated in countless advanced dental education programmes at home and abroad. He has spent time with Dr Newton Fahl in Brazil and was, for many years, a senior UK clinical instructor for the Rosenthal Institute’s Aesthetic Advantage in London and New York.
Ken completed the arduous nine-stage continuum studying with Dr John Kois in Seattle in 2008, and the following year (2009), passed the examination to become the first UK Mentor at the prestigious Kois Center. He is a recognised dental teacher and lecturer and has written numerous articles in the dental press.
Most recently, Ken has obtained a Diploma of Fellowship of the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK) from the Royal College of Surgeons in London. Fellowship is the highest award offered by the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK) of the Royal College of Surgeons and is a pinnacle of achievement for the profession. It merits the diversity of an individual’s expertise, encompassing their achievements in delivering excellence in primary dental care, their ongoing commitment to professional development and reflective practice, and their diligence in upholding the highest clinical standards.
Dr Richard Coates’ Teaching Credentials
Richard boasts extensive expertise in the realm of cosmetic dentistry, with a particular passion for composite bonding. He frequently delivers lectures and conducts hands-on courses on this subject, sharing his knowledge across various locations in the UK and on the international teaching circuit.
Richard is currently the President of North East Private Dentists, organising further education courses for other private dentists.
Dr Harry Craig’s Teaching Credentials
Dr Harry Craig teaches foundation dentists and their trainers photography courses for Health Education England. In addition, he recently set up a private course delivering photography training for dentists, a subject he is passionate about; he uses high-quality photography to ensure gold-standard outcomes in his dentistry.
Harry is a committee member in the BACD, whose role is to aid participation and training for young dentists. In addition, he is also working towards his BACD accreditation.
His passion for education started at university, where Harry was president and co-founder of the Dental Education Society. During his tenure, he lectured others on various topics.
