I am delighted with the result. The reaction from my friends and family has been great — invariably telling me that I look well rather than commenting directly on my new teeth — testament to Ken’s skills in making my teeth look ‘real’ . One challenge I didn’t expect was having to learn to smile again — I had spent so many years being embarrassed to smile other than with my mouth shut — but what a fun challenge!!
I can’t thank Ken and his team enough — all have been genuinely supportive, interested, kind and fun. I look forward to ongoing care from lovely people who are all amazing at their jobs.

There were no short cuts. To achieve the best outcome took time, skill, attention to detail and patience from everyone. My appointments regularly lasted hours. The Team were always attentive and considerate as to how comfortable I was, yet they were the ones on their feet, bent over for hours, concentrating on difficult and intricate work.

Looking at old photos of myself I notice I have for many years avoided a smile and never show my teeth. Dental Trauma
As a training actor I thought the possibility of following my dream was cut short before it had the chance to even start, unless I was looking for a role in Oliver, and after speaking to multiple dentists I was told that the best they could do was the composite filling I already had which was grey, scratchy and nothing like my old tooth or go the surgical route with an implant. But after working with Richard he managed to rebuild my tooth back and not only do I have my old smile back but my confidence too. I'm no longer nervous smiling and unfortunately for everyone around me I can’t keep my mouth shut again.

I wonder if I am the longest distance client they have? Regular visits from the Middle East to see whom I believe is the, not only best dentist in the world but the best practice by far!
It has taken about 18months to transform the crooked reticent Smile…typically hiding my teeth when smiling to openly sharing a laugh with the team. Ken is truly a remarkable specialist…a rare individual who is dedicated to his art and science. He is unafraid of being different, outspoken and… dare I say it… usually right! Beneath the witty banter lies a man of integrity and honourable pride in what he and the team achieve… not only with me but with then many clients whose lives he has had an impact on.
They deserve the accolades they receive… I can’t praise them enough… and I am enjoying the visits and my “lifelong” relationship!
